Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future. Job Description The Finance Admin is located in Thame; Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. The salary is circa £26.5-28k dependent on experience. Main Responsibilities: Daily bank and cashbook reconciliation Enter supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales Reconcile supplier statements. Identify any errors and investigate/correct as necessary, referring more complex issues to your line manager Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries Process weekly bacs run and adhoc payments as necessary Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries Manage the cylinder regeneration process General: Draft any routine correspondence Undertake routine administrative support procedures, such as filing, opening post etc Operate the telephone for incoming calls into the department and deal with queries as appropriate Provide support to line manager and other members of the team as and when needed Work to specific deadlines in line with the month end process Maintain accurate financial records Manage inboxes Any other Adhoc duties Qualifications Required: Previous office experience preferred Skills required: Computer literate Confident and professional telephone manner Good interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to prioritise and plan effectively The ability to work to deadlines Good team working skills Good problem solving skills Personal attributes: Assertive Proactive Self-motivated Reliable Additional Information At Veolia Group, we know that at certain crucial moments in life, we all need a little help, protection and support.
