The Prospect

Center West Exports is seeking an exceptional Finance/Administration Manager to join its senior leadership team.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Directors and is responsible for the company's finance, administration, human resources, payroll, compliance, export administration, business systems, insurance, information technology and operational support functions.

The successful applicant will be a trusted adviser to the Directors and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business.

Location

Our office is located in Woodridge, WA, just 20 minutes north of Yanchep, offering a relaxed working environment with an easy commute from Perth's northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Commercial

Manage cash flow, banking and loan facilities.

Ensure all payments are made accurately and on time.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, weekly cash flow reports and monthly P&L; reports.

Provide commercial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Oversee AP/AR and fixed asset management.

Compliance

Prepare BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax and Superannuation obligations.

Ensure legislative and Fair Work compliance.

Coordinate audits and accountant liaison.

Payroll & HR

Manage end-to-end payroll.

Oversee HR, recruitment, contracts, onboarding and employee records.

Provide HR advice to Directors and managers.

Operations







Oversee export documentation and administration.

Manage insurance renewals and claims.

Manage telecommunications and supplier contracts.

Lead IT relationships, software upgrades and process improvements.

Supervise administration staff.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Accountant, Certified Bookkeeper or equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance, accounting or administration management role.

• Essential: Minimum 5 years' end-to-end Payroll and Human Resources management

experience.

• Demonstrated experience with cash flow management, management reporting, BAS, FBT,

Payroll Tax and fixed asset management.

• Experience dealing with banks, finance providers, auditors, insurers and external advisers.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Advanced ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel skills.

Remuneration

$150,000 per annum + Superannuation + Annual Performance Bonus.

Salary may be negotiated for an outstanding candidate with exceptional experience.
