As a Finance Administrator you will be key in the performance of day to day activities of the Finance team, in particular administration of the Loan Management System (LMS).
We are seeking a recent University graduate (with up to a years work experience). Melbourne based.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process receipts and payments within the LMS.
  • Resolution of customer account queries raised by the business.
  • Review/preparation of early termination quotes and account statements.
  • Daily bank reconciliations and monthly general ledger reconciliations.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve issues.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Desire to learn new systems, processes and skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Xero or Workday and using Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Work experience in a Finance Administration role or similar is highly desired.
