We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Estates and Facilities team at Anglia Ruskin University to provide essential financial administrative support, predominantly to the E&FS Finance Officer, Writtle Land Based Managers and the Strategic Estates Manager. The role mainly involves raising purchase orders and the associated administration around these, processing all invoices timely in relation to rents, rates and leases. Will liaise with E&FS staff, financial operations and suppliers. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data and documents with the ability to prioritise tasks are essential. The ideal candidate should also have good IT skills, particularly in Excel, good communication skills and have proven administrative experience with strong organisation skills.
Hours and times of work - 32 hours/week, to be worked flexibly and to be agreed upon appointment. On a one-year contract from start date.
