Butler Rose are working with a well-established manufacturer to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. Based in the Warrington, the organisation design and manufacture products for commercial use.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in finance, providing vital support across all aspects of financial administration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and transactions using the company’s ERP system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth payment processes and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Set up customer and supplier accounts, conducting necessary company checks.
  • Generate sales invoices and credits in line with company policies, reconciling accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring accounts are prepared for monthly payment runs.
  • Handle employee expenses in accordance with company policies and facilitate expense payments.
  • Support month-end financial processes, working to strict deadlines.
  • Manage fuel card administration and conduct monthly reconciliations.
