Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support our Finance Brokers and play a key part in delivering a smooth, five-star experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with advisers, compliance, and admin teams to keep everything running like clockwork.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Accurately processing customer data and documentation – quickly and efficiently
  • Responding to calls and queries promptly (we aim for within 4 rings and 1 hour respectively)
  • Supporting our Finance Brokers with customer updates, paperwork and invoice generation
  • Ensuring all packs and invoices are sent and completed on time – aiming for same-day turnaround
  • Keeping customers informed on the status of their orders
  • Checking all documents for accuracy before submission
  • Following internal processes and handling sensitive data securely
  • Taking on other general admin duties as needed
