With continued growth across the UK, we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the finance function.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Finance Administrator, you’ll help maintain accurate financial records, process payments and invoices, and support the wider finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a passion for keeping things running efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately process supplier and sales invoices, matching to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
  • Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including account reconciliation
  • Act as the first point of contact for finance-related queries, ensuring professional and timely responses
  • Monitor and post daily financial transactions, including banking and Stripe activity
  • Assist with preparing payment runs for authorised invoices
  • Support credit control by tracking outstanding payments and assisting with follow-ups
  • Process payments for various services, including e-learning and shop orders via Stripe
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required
