Description

Evo Personnel are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the finance team on a 12-month temporary basis, covering sick and maternity leave. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous finance/accounting administration experience (manufacturing background desirable).
  • Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, data analysis, reporting).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Sage 200 desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to supporting the team.
Responsibilities
  • Processing supplier invoices, payment requests, and supplier statements (purchase ledger).
  • Managing credit control duties, including chasing overdue payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with payment runs.
  • Supporting month-end processes (accruals, prepayments, reporting).
  • Handling internal and external finance queries.
  • Assisting with audits and compliance requirements.
  • Providing general finance administration and supporting wider finance functions when needed.
