Thanks to a combined wealth of knowledge and experience between our directors, Global have become industry experts in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety, fire suppression and security systems.
Due to continued growth and market development, we are now seeking to appoint a Finance Administrator, to be based at our Head office in Nottingham, at the prestigious NG2 Business Park.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Print and check supplier statements check against our ledgers – request copy invoices and deal with queries
- Print purchase ledger invoices and check the invoices against the relevant purchase order and process thru to the ledger
- Check expenses that come through the expenses app – check and code receipts and process a payment schedule ready for payment
- Categorize and allocate all incoming emails to the relevant member of the team
- Ensure the outgoing post is franked and made available for collection
- Sales enquiries and supply only orders
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Action any other tasks requested to ensure the smooth running of the department
