YOUR NEW ROLE

In this temp role due to a high volume of work this firm need a temp to help with a backlog of work. You will be involved in:

  • Assess and input new contract information and maintain existing contract data in finance system, including investigation and processing of corrections, in line with internal processes, policies, controls and the requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve queries in the mailbox.
  • Liaise with multiple teams to gather relevant information and clear outstanding issues.
  • Support Finance Administrators on day-to-day tasks and field queries of higher complexity from other teams.

What you’ll need to succeed * Understanding of finance administration tasks

  • Experience of working with contract information
  • Good communication skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills, including Excel
