Job Description The role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial administration, supporting invoicing processes, and providing timely financial data to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Administration Ensure smooth running of payroll and invoicing processes, resolving errors promptly Process payments, expenses, and financial records accurately Produce financial correspondence and respond to enquiries efficiently Monitor petty cash and resolve discrepancies Chase aged debtors and report progress to the Director Manage office facilities and supplies, sourcing cost-effective providers Reporting & Processes Maintain accurate daily cashflow records and forecasts Update debtors spreadsheets weekly Generate payroll reports and ensure accuracy before submission Set up new client direct debits Act as main contact between the business and accountants Produce monthly invoicing reports Complete weekly funded client billing Reconcile deposits monthly Qualifications What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Experience in office administration within a busy environment Basic finance/accounts knowledge Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure Confident using MS Office or Google Workspace Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information Ready to Make a Difference?
