Description
The Finance Administrator supports the Finance Department by ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity, assisting with reporting, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations within the hotel. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: * Process daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts * Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities * Verify and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies * Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements * Follow up on outstanding receivables and liaise with clients when necessary * Maintain vendor and customer account records * Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements * Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements * Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation * Monitor expenses and highlight discrepancies * Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents * Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes * Prepare financial summaries and reports for management * Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and financial queries * Input and manage financial data in accounting systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems, or similar) * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial platforms * Support improvements in financial processes and procedures   WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software * Familiarity with hotel financial systems is an advantage * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus   WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
