FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Tilshead, Wiltshire (SP3 4RS)
Full-time | Permanent | 37 hours a week | Monday to Friday
£30,987.93 Plus Excellent Benefits

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with finance or accounts experience who is keen to develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashiering, and Credit Control processes, while also supporting wider finance operations across multiple contracts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Handling Accounts Receivable – raising invoices, monitoring debt, and supporting collections.
  • Supporting Cashiering activities including daily banking, BACS, and cheque payments.
  • Managing and processing credit card transactions.
  • Assisting with finance reporting, journals, and process improvements.
  • Providing cover and support across the finance team as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous accounts or finance experience (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Credit Control, or similar).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar finance systems) desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and great customer service skills.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
