In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to Arup Germany’s financial and project commercial management processes, with guidance from our Finance and Legal teams. As part of our SI&T (Systems, Infrastructure & Technology) discipline, you will be integral to delivering transformative solutions for major projects. By providing dedicated financial and commercial support—initially for our high-profile Eli Lilly project—you will help free up our engineering teams to focus on design and implementation, ultimately ensuring sustainable, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about financial control and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll also need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.

  • Working proficiency in German (written and spoken) and fluency in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Some experience in finance, controlling, or project administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
