The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a national finance team. Reporting into Finance and working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, this is a varied, hands-on role that extends well beyond traditional Accounts Payable responsibilities.

This position will suit someone who enjoys a broad finance function, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and prepare daily payments
  • Manage accounts receivable activities and staff/client disbursements
  • Complete daily banking and payment reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for allocated accounts
  • Maintain trust accounts and assist with end-of-month billing processes
  • Manage finance help desk enquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the broader finance function

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a finance administration, finance officer or accounting support role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within a corporate, legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a national team
