Job Description Monday to Friday 40 hours per week £35,000 As a Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of financial data, supporting the Location Managers & Account Manager and providing essential administrative support to the wider team. You’ll help keep our financial systems running smoothly while maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement across the departments. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, credits, and cost transfers accurately and in line with company procedures Enter manual invoices promptly based on delivery notes and team information Maintain organised and compliant financial filing systems Develop a strong understanding of on‑site financial systems and stay up to date with system changes Monitor and record wastage correctly within the accounting platform Prepare and send weekly financial paperwork and reports to Head Office Assist with weekly financial forecasts Conduct monthly compliance and spot checks across departments Investigate supplier charges and request credits where required Maintain stock‑take sheets with current pricing Prepare backup documentation for client-billed costs Support with admin tasks such as ad‑hoc reporting, new starter screenings, and onboarding Qualifications Experience & Knowledge Proven experience in a Finance Administrator or similar finance role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, and Outlook Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Personal Attributes Honest, trustworthy, and committed to strong work ethics Team‑focused, respectful, and adaptable Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative Calm and tactful when handling challenging situations Culturally aware and sensitive Additional Information THE GARNISH: Competitive Salary 20 Days holiday exclusive of bank holidays Bespoke training and development Sick pay scheme Discounts available from HAPI app, from high street shops to holidays and cinemas Further flexible benefits We want to fuel your individuality, which is why we are deeply committed to creating an inclusive working culture at BaxterStorey.
