About the Role This role has a primary focus on Finance. You will take end-to-end responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensure accurate and timely financial recording, and support reporting activities. You will also assist with contract administration and service delivery tasks when required — but the core of this role is finance capability and accuracy. This role is critical to strengthening our finance function as the business grows and transaction volumes increase. What You’ll Do Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accurately record financial transactions in Xero Support cash flow monitoring and reporting Prepare purchasing and sales contracts within strict deadlines Produce weekly sales and logistics reports Support broader service delivery activities when needed What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is strong in financial fundamentals, not just administration. Demonstrated experience in AP/AR Proven ability to work accurately with numbers and financial data Experience using Xero Experience with cash flow reporting (desirable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment Confidence collaborating with suppliers and internal teams Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Why Join Vanden?
