Description

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

  • Oversee all daily financial processes, including:
  • Sales Ledger: invoicing, credit control.
  • Purchase Ledger: bill processing, authorisation, coding, payment runs.
  • Payroll, pensions, and CIS.
  • VAT returns and compliance.
  • Banking, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Control and balance sheet account reconciliations.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in accountancy and financial management
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume, diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
