The team We are a small, diverse team of 6 finance experts with an interest in, and thorough understanding of, Finance, Treasury and Banking. Together we are ambitious to stay on top of Treasury and Banking in order to support our stakeholders in keeping the bank safe. We achieve this by working together and sharing knowledge, building on each other’s qualities and interests. We take responsibility to manage and improve the areas under our scope. We report to the CFO Treasury as part of Group Finance. Roles and responsibilities Your job will be to contribute to various processes and projects within the area of Treasury and Group Finance, you will: Contribute to preparing Investor Relations and Group for quarterly external disclosures. Analyse and report monthly performance to the CFO Treasury and business, contribute to growth of Group Finance into a strategic advise role. Lead and develop performance management for a global business line in Treasury. Be flexible to support senior management and the Treasury business in projects (never a dull moment). Connect with the Treasury Business, Finance senior management, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and local Finance Treasury across the globe. Manage and create our data source and BI tooling (PBI), and drive innovation and change by bringing your view on the above. How to succeed We hire smart people like you for your potential. Furthermore you have: Current residency in the Netherlands; ~5 years of experience, and joy, in management advice, (business) control, and accounting; A Master’s degree, preferably in the areas of business administration, business economics or corporate finance; All-round knowledge of Finance processes and banking industry concepts; Flexible and pro-active attitude, taking ownership of responsibilities, able to manage a broad range of stakeholders; Excellent communicator: explain complex matters in a simple and efficient way; Experience in cost control and reporting is a pre (incl. an understanding of direct and indirect costing); Affinity with Financial systems, at home in CoPilot, Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
