Role Overview This is a core accounting, compliance, and finance operations role within Armada’s Finance team. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping and provides exposure across financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and end-to-end finance operations. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis. What You’ll Do Accounting & Financial Reporting Maintain books of accounts including general ledger and journal entries Support monthly close processes and perform reconciliations Prepare MIS and management reports Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Expenses Process and account for global vendor invoices Manage vendor payments and reconciliations Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Invoicing (experience with North America companies preferred) Review and approve employee expense reimbursements Compliance & Audit Support statutory and tax audits Work closely with auditors and external consultants Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) Banking & Treasury Manage payments and fund transfers Perform bank reconciliations Support cash flow tracking and treasury operations Other Finance Responsibilities Maintain fixed asset registers and compute depreciation Support budgeting and variance analysis What We’re Looking For Ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently Strong understanding of accounting principles (Ind AS and US GAAP) Experience working on AP, AR, and Invoicing, preferably for North America companies Good Excel skills Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zoho, Oracle) High attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications CA / CA Intermediate (with experience) / CMA / MBA (Finance) 2–4 years of relevant experience in: Accounting firms High-growth startups Shared service centers Why This Role?
