We're Disability Confident Committed - let our Talent team know if you need any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process Job Description The Details Extracting and interpreting data to measure the success of the Third Party Brand areas Produce and evolve weekly and monthly reporting in a timely and insightful manner, updating the Finance Manager on key highlights and trends Playing a key part in planning and delivering monthly actuals. Working closely with the Financial Accounting and FP&A teams to manage month end and the overall story of the drivers of performance Supporting the Finance Manager in the monthly P&L latest view forecasting for the Third Party Brand area. Short Term Cash flow reforecasting for PF and AFS areas Supporting the financial analysis and preparation of the Monthly Finance Review meetings with Commercial HoDs to review their departments performance. Acting as a finance business partner to the Third Party Brands, Partner Fulfils and AFS teams, understanding the business division performance and support them in their Finance requests Building a strong understanding of the profit model to drive Commercial decisions and an overall improvement in Variable Contribution Analysis and modelling the cash and P&L for business cases, utilising the profit model to inform business decision making and help conduct commercial analysis once launched Ownership of Budget forecasting for Third Party Brands Other income lines, coordinating with the business stakeholders to produce Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. Qualifications About You Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, draw conclusions and make recommendations Strong communication and the capability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills Financial modelling and use of financial and reporting systems (MS Excel, Databricks, Dynamics all preferred) Excellent presentational skills (MS PowerPoint) and confident presenting to senior management ACA/CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified Additional Information BeneFITS’ Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!) Responsibilities
