About the Role We are looking for a driven and curious finance professional to join our growing team as our dedicated FP&A analyst. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with our VP Corporate Strategy & Development in a high-growth company, helping shape how we forecast, analyse, and support strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including detailed variance analysis and commentary for leadership Analyse business performance across products, markets and departments Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with the development of financial models Build workpapers from scratch to support assumptions, reconciliations, analysis, and new initiatives Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide data-driven insights Contribute to board materials and investor updates Work on special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support growth About You Minimum 1 years - 4 years experience (3+ preferred) in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or audit/transaction services Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and building analytical workbooks from the ground up Excellent communication skills - ability to simplify complex information and present insights to non-finance stakeholders Solid understanding of variance analysis, cost drivers, and revenue recognition Exposure to forecast models, unit economics, and price volume mix analysis Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferable Adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Capable of working independently while collaborating with global teammates Experience with global technology companies or venture funded companies is an advantage Degree in finance, economics, commerce, accounting, or quantitative field CA / CPA / CFA qualification preferred What We Offer Hybrid (Sydney) with flexible working arrangement Truly international exposure – support projects across 30+ countries Work closely with senior leadership and gain broad commercial experience Small but strategic team with high visibility and autonomy Opportunity to make a genuine impact at a mission-driven, fast-scaling global company Salary Range AUD Base Salary 90,000 - 110,000 p.a. + superannuation.
