• Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
• Full balance sheet reconciliations across all control accounts (monthly)
• Maintain clean, accurate, well-structured ledgers
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset postings
• Own the month-end close process and timetable
• Produce draft monthly P&L and balance sheet

Controls & Financial Hygiene

• Investigate, resolve, and clear historical reconciliation discrepancies
• Strengthen processes and improve documentation standards
• Ensure every balance has backing schedules and a clear audit trail
• Promote a “books must tie” culture across the function
• Prepare audit‑ready working papers and schedules
