REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance
  • Must be willing to travel (up to 33%)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with modeling preferred
  • Exposure to budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience working in a multi-site or healthcare environment is a plus

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

As a Finance Analyst at Behavioral Innovations, you will be a critical member of our Finance team—contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis efforts that drive smart, data-informed decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to track performance, analyze financial trends, and provide actionable insights to support our mission of delivering high-quality autism care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and the annual budget
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide clear explanations
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support reporting and planning
  • Generate monthly management reports for leadership review
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested
  • Support month-end close activities and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Assist with creation of board and executive presentation materials
  • Conduct basic profitability and performance analysis
