Join our central Operations Finance team in our Head Office in Coventry, on a 12-month fixed term contract as a Finance Analyst (Bioresources), where you will be responsible for reporting financial performance  You will also be responsible for delivering precise and timely analysis and reporting. This role involves collaborating with finance analysts and business partners to identify and understand the key drivers behind budget and forecast variances. Some of your other key accountabilities will include:  Assist with pre-close and post-close month-end ledger reviews to ensure accurate data, posting journals as needed. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure tasks and activity deadlines are understood and achieved including monthly forecasting and reporting, annual business planning and budgeting.  Develop tools to present month-end, YTD, and YOY commentary versus forecast and budget for meetings. Prepare and deliver all reporting requirements Improve processes and controls, enhancing team understanding of financial information.
