Job Description THE JOURNEY Within our local Finance team, you’ll be working alongside talented and passionate people, creating value and owning finance processes. As a Finance Analyst you will play a key role in driving the Financial Agenda, Budgeting & Planning activities in Bosnia.. Report to HQ on the financial & management reports; Managing billing and payments processes in Bosnia; Reviewing and improving the invoicing processes for customers, partners and couriers - Ensure quality of billing data by monitoring and implementing control checks;. Create and simplify Financial Planning tools and processes for Bosnia; Participate and align with HQ FP&A Global team in projects to improve visibility on finance performance and ad-hoc projects; Improve financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecast; Manage treasury with a follow-up on Accounts payable and Accounts receivable; Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis; Drive improvements on short and long term forecasting models; Become the guardian of the company's growth and profitability since day 1; Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar; 2+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable; Fluent in English; Advanced Excel and confident Google Sheets user, SQL knowledge (desirable but not mandatory and we will encourage willingness to learn); Excellent time management skills and attention to detail; An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders; Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks!
