The Role

Reporting directly to a well-credentialed Head of Finance, with direct exposure to the CEO, you will become a highly valued member of the business . As a true business partner, you will be able to communicate your analytics to operational stakeholders in order to identify commercial opportunities for the business.

Your key duties will include, but will not be restricted to:

• Translating data and commercial insights into meaningful plans and actions
• Partnering with the CEO, Executive Team, State Managers and Sales team to support decision-making
• Supporting growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Building financial models to support pricing, rate reviews and tenders
• Analysing client and contract profitability
• Preparing and validating the financials in new business proposals and presentations
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly board reports
