We are currently seeking a financial analyst who is willing to lead process transformation efforts for traditional FP&A support. This will reduce the amount of manual work and enable the team to build scalable / repeatable / documented processes that are managed end-to-end by analysts on the team. This will enable the team to provide resource management guidance and support the Corporate functions.

Responsibilities
  • The primary objective of Business FP&A specialization within Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family is to support the Business/Function strategy and drive achievement of financial goals and objectives.
  • The role requires significant business partnering and therefore substantial knowledge of the business.
  • Owning close variance reporting process end-to-end.
  • Training operations partners in the financial reporting processes to ensure they are able to manage independently increasing flexibility while maintaining transparency and strict cost management.
  • Owning the forecasting process for Corporate FP&A and guiding team members to hit deadlines and ensure quality presentations and accurate forecasts.
