The Opportunity Join our Industrial Finance team as a Finance Analyst, where you’ll deliver insightful analysis and partner with Asset Management to drive investment decisions and strategic planning. This role offers the opportunity to shape asset plans for a leading real estate portfolio while influencing key financial outcomes. What you’ll bring to the role Deliver financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decisions, including sensitivity analysis, feasibility modelling, and risk/opportunity assessments. Build and maintain cash flow and valuation models to evaluate investment metrics at asset and portfolio levels. Prepare accurate reporting, budgets, and forecasts across property, portfolio, and fund levels, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Leasing, Developments, and Finance to provide commercially focused support and recommendations. Drive process improvements and innovation by leveraging systems and technology to enhance efficiency and insights. Collaborate and share knowledge within the team to foster learning, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. About You Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance; studies in Business, Property, Land Economics, or Valuations are advantageous. Further professional studies such as CA, CPA, CFA, Applied Finance, or Property Investment/Management highly desirable. 1–3 years’ experience in an analytical role within a corporate environment, with exposure to commercial property and stakeholder management. Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills, complemented by strong business writing and communication abilities; experience with TM1 and Yardi is a plus. Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
