The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial and strategic operations of Disney’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business across Australia and New Zealand. Disney’s DTC offering in the ANZ region is Disney+. This role is responsible for delivering commercial analysis, financial planning, and performance reporting that directly supports business growth and operational decision-making. While this role is considered a key Business Partner to our teams, this is not a senior role and could be well suited to someone making their first move from Big 4 or Consulting Services.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HOLD:

• Tertiary qualifications – Finance and/or Commerce ideal, open to other disciplines who have experience working in a Finance function
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in commercial finance, strategic planning, or financial analysis, with a proven ability to support business decisions through a strong commercial lens.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective
• Interest in Streaming and Subscription based business is essential
