In this pivotal role, you will provide key analysis and insights to senior management , helping them to better understand and manage business performance.

• Generate financial and KPI reports on weekly and periodic performance.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling (e.g., labor rates, performance metrics).
• Deliver data-driven insights to department directors and senior operations teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on P&L and cash flow projections.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a reporting improvement program.
• Identify efficiencies in FP&A activities and explore commercial opportunities for the business.
