As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of our team, supporting the delivery of insights that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you’ll prepare reports, build financial models, and deliver analysis that helps our Finance Business Partners and the wider business make confident choices. Your focus will be on gathering data, creating accurate and timely reports, and preparing analysis that adds real value. You’ll work closely with Finance Business Partners on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing activities, while also engaging with stakeholders to gather inputs and clarify assumptions. This position is designed as a development pathway toward becoming a Finance Business Partner, giving you the chance to build strong technical foundations, develop commercial acumen, and grow into a more senior role within the team. This will be a permanent, full time, position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Finance Business Partners to deliver insights that drive commercial outcomes. Prepare accurate, timely reports that explain performance, trends, and emerging issues. Build and maintain budgets, reforecasts, and financial models with clear assumptions. Keep processes clean, scalable, and high-quality through strong file and version control. Contribute to pricing, business cases, and commercial analysis with robust modelling. Engage with stakeholders to validate data and provide clear, actionable insights.' ABOUT YOU 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment. Proven ability to analyse data and identify trends and anomalies. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modelling. Exposure to BI systems and tools.
