This role is your springboard to grow into a more senior position, combining local and regional impact to maximize both your development and ours. As Finance Excellence Partner you will utilize, synthesize and integrate data to form insights that guide our results and strategies, and help decision makers understand the landscape we work in and identify additional financial value-adding opportunities. You drive technological advances integrated in insights generation processes for future efforts and constantly streamline and/or upgrade processes. This role has reporting line to Finance Manager at the local affiliate and the functional reporting line to Subregional South East Finance Excellence Chapter Lead. The Opportunity Perform, coordinate and monitor Month end closing tasks, assuring timely and accurate submission in accordance with DIS, FGAR and other associated global guidance Act as a local key contact for Group functions, e.g. CCA, RSS Ops to coordinate on financial reporting etc. Maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls that are geared towards continuous improvement, centralization and automation and to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information Prepare financial reports/presentations for the affiliate to track and analyze the actual performance against budget, forecasts and KPIs Coordinate and set the process, timeline and clarity of the deliverables of annual budget processes for the finance and the organization You proactively provide developed, automated and enhanced standard/management reporting to support business operations, continuous improvements based on market development and needs Identify and analyze inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements, through standardized processes and tasks in the area of Finance Analyst role in Subregion South East You work across the Subregion South East Finance Excellence Chapter to ensure that technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes You are part of the Subregion South East Finance Excellence Chapter and perform activities and projects on an above affiliate level You monitor all finance processes to assure financial compliance, performing ICFR controls You proactively support in cleaning and aligning of Master data in collaboration with master data owners (e.g. Supply Chain) Who You Are University degree in Finance, Economics or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, local language fluency (Latvian or Lithuanian) is advantage Proven working experience (at least 3 years) and solid understanding of management and financial accounting as well as affiliate finance Possess advanced controlling and reporting skills and expertly manage system landscape used by affiliates incl. BI tool know-how (e.g. Tableau) Systems thinking – understand interdependencies within and above the affiliate Knowledge of SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office will be preferred Ability to establish collaboration within cross-departments Be part of team to work towards team's objectives and leverage best practice Salary, if meeting the key job role requirements, starts from 2800 EUR gross/month.
