The mission of Vertiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is to create the Organization’s next Finance Leaders by developing new industry talent - providing them exposure to multiple facets of the business in a rotational role format, professional support through a pre-designated Mentor, and inner and outer program collaboration. Through this program, FLDP participants will work in several roles throughout the company, acquiring experience, owning key tasks, advancing leadership skills, and gaining exposure to the top levels of leadership in the organization.
The FLDP provides recent college graduates with the opportunity to attain hands-on experience in different areas of Finance at a global, multi-billion-dollar organization.

The program will consist of 3 one-year rotations covering different financial disciplines, including:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Manufacturing/Plant Accounting
  • Controllership Group
  • GBS Financial Services
  • Internal
Responsibilities
  • Support on product lifecycle management plans including product introduction, line extension, engineered to order, and end of production.
  • Keep updated customer facing offering documentation and marketing collateral like product literature, list price, presentations and sales tools
  • Cooperate on research for market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Support collecting voice of customers useful for new products business cases
  • Check on product costs retrieving, margins calculation, finished good inventory track
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons and other sales enablement tools and collaterals.
  • Attend at customers meetings, products demos and WT
  • Support AE and Sales team on specific documentation requests, ETO projects
