Description
L&OH & Launch: * Manage Labor & Overhead actual tracking, forecast and budget development * Monitor and control spending vs. plan and support and review related month-end closing * Work with operation to deliver cost roadmap actions and achieve/exceed targeted efficiency * Lead weekly cost review with Shop on Plant Cost Performance and project tracking and other Finance TDM (Time Data Management) * Maintain key financial dashboard and reporting and review purchase requisition and approval * and Other special Assignments Capital Spending: * Facilitate operation in securing funding for Non-product program * Facilitate VME in monitoring and control Product-program spending from program fund set up until close * Validate PR checklist and approvals all Projects/Programs  * Perform investment related activities in PCAM (fund setup, controller revision, etc.) and management reporting in term of spending track * Perform Annual Asset Verification and Asset Disposal Review and forecast * Liaison with IMG Investment and GBS Property accounting as well as other finance skill teams as required * Carrying out investment related financial analysis, TARR review Inventory & Internal Control: * Develop Business Plan, Budget, and Forecast Review of Industrial Material, Vehicle of Wheel * Support Internal control activities, Sefl-assessment MCRP (Modular Control Review Program)
