Responsibilities

As a Program Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and success of our critical Product Development Programs, specifically for the Ranger and Everest vehicle lines, including our exciting
xEV
initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your core purpose will be to provide robust financial reporting, develop compelling business cases, and deliver insightful analysis on material costs and contribution margins. This position is essential for driving financially sound decisions, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ultimately contributing to the strategic growth and profitability of our future vehicle portfolio.

This role is based on a hybrid arrangement, requiring four (4) days per week in our International Markets Group Product Development office in Broadmeadows.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent is a minimum requirement – CPA qualification is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate / Advanced in Financial Modelling.

  • Able to prepare and deliver the presentation of program financials in internal and Regional Finance reviews.

  • Ability to partner with non-financial Operating Partners and Senior Management to influence decisions to through reliable and accurate financial reporting.

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to problem-solve and operate successfully in a dynamic environment with conflicting priorities.
