Description

Financial Analysis & Reporting Support monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and management reporting. Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports. Participate in finance digitalization initiatives, such as automation and system enhancements. Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, including but not limited to e-banking and reconciliations. Support month-end closing activities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. 2-5 years of finance or accounting experience; familiarity with multi-country operations is a plus. High-potential fresh graduates are also welcome. Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI, or similar tools is highly valued. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across the APAC region.
