Role Overview The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a key role in supporting business performance analysis, financial planning and forecasting, and building basic financial models. This position partners closely with business stakeholders to provide timely financial insights, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the business team to collect corresponding business data, and reconcile with the figures regarding the financial reports. Support monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes. Track financial performance against budget and forecast, analyse variances, and provide clear insights and recommendations. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenarios, and investment cases. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting. Support audits, internal reviews, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and visibility. Experience 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial due diligence, commercial finance, or management reporting. Experience in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments is preferred. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and accounting skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability. Education & Tools Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline. Big Four Auditing Company is a plus. Financial due diligence working experience is a plus. Proficient in Excel; experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus.
