This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful reporting and process improvements that help shape business decisions across the organisation. What you’ll be doing: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and management reporting Develop and maintain insightful dashboard reporting to support strategic decision-making Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations Review and support the monthly payroll process Collaborate in a high-trust, open environment that values growth and innovation What you’ll bring: CA or CPA qualified, with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (ideally in professional services) Experience with payroll essential Strong communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and collaborative Intermediate Excel skills and comfortable with financial systems Organised, self-driven, and able to manage competing priorities Experience with Power BI and financial modelling is desirable A sense of humour and a team-first attitude Why Grant Thornton?
