Your new role

• Working closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders across the business, you'll provide analysis and insight to help understand performance, identify trends and support strategic decision-making. You'll assist with budgeting and forecasting, analyse revenue, costs and profitability, produce regular management information and help explain key variances against budget and forecast. You'll also work with non-finance teams to improve reporting, develop KPIs and provide meaningful insight into business performance. As a newly created role, there will be plenty of opportunity to shape reporting, improve processes and develop the position as the business continues to grow.
