Job Details Responsibilities: Create and maintain analytical dashboards to identify key cost drivers. Present reports and findings to relevant stakeholders Create and maintain detailed analytical reports for direct costs with an emphasis on airfreight and packaging Lead efforts to drive cost savings initiatives and work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders Track and review direct cost results during monthly financial close and post relevant journal entries Analyze variances to plan and prior year for direct costs and prepare illustrative slides for Monthly Business Review presentation Serve as primary owner of direct costs for annual budget. Create and oversee relevant budget models and submit final plan numbers into the budgeting system Assist with data validation, preparation, and analysis for payroll and headcount Collaborate and partner with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests. Generate ad hoc analysis reports as needed. . Education: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years directly related and progressively responsible experience. Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of various finance areas such as cost analysis, plan development, variance explanations, and monthly close Experience with creating and updating budgeting models within Microsoft Excel Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements Knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel Experience working with large datasets within Microsoft Excel. Intermediate experience with Excel tools and formulas including pivot tables, graphs, charts, VLOOKUP's, sumifs, if statements Previous experience with SAP preferred Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Strong organizational skills; attention to detail What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
