Play a key role in driving finance automation and digitalization — from mapping current workflows and identifying inefficiencies, to piloting low-code/no-code tools and building solutions that connect systems and eliminate manual work. Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility, and champion adoption of new tools and workflows across the finance team so improvements stick. Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. Support statutory and tax filings, and coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries. Your success factors? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field. We're open to candidates from non-finance backgrounds who bring strong analytical thinking and a genuine interest in process improvement — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in macros/VBA, Power Query, SQL, Python, or other automation/scripting tools is a strong plus Curious and proactive — always asking "is there a faster/better way to do this?" and comfortable experimenting with new tools, unafraid to try, fail, and try again.
