Description

Financial Planning & Analysis Lead forecasting and budgeting for OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount across Taiwan and Korea facilities. Own and deliver NPV analysis for major capital projects and strategic investments. Develop and articulate 1-year to 5-year financial plans, aligning with corporate strategy and regional growth. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and execution. Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate reconciliations, accruals, and actuals validation in compliance with corporate policies. Develop and deploy AI tools and automation to enhance accuracy, benchmarking, and decision support. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis Proven track record in capital project evaluation, strategic planning, and cost benchmarking. Strong understanding of financial systems, modeling, and data analytics. Experience with AI tools and automation in finance is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and innovation. Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional initiatives. Ability to influence and negotiate across diverse teams and geographies. Passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
