Description:
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role, or is a recent graduate in Finance / Accounting / Commerce (or similar)
- Enjoys working with numbers and is actively pursuing (or interested in pursuing) CPA / CA qualifications.
- Systems (e.g. SAP, HFM, PowerBI) experience is advantageous.
- Strong skills with Microsoft products, in particular excel, is important.
- Curious, inquisitive and excited to learn new skills, build experience and develop their competencies.
- Confident to question and challenge the status quo.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role would be ideal for an ambitious Financial Analyst wanting to advance their career, joining Ixom’s Finance team in our Melbourne Head Office. Working closely with the Finance Manager, this unique position will see you deliver financial accounting information, produce routine reporting for business performance management, and deliver on financial and management accounting responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Analyst is a key member of the Financial Services and Finance function, who is:
- Responsible for the effective delivery of all financial accounting information including quality of data, accuracy and reasonableness.
- Support the delivery of routine reporting for business performance management (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews, budget presentations).
- Ensure key accounting activities follow standardised process and procedures.
- Compliance with group policies and internal controls.
