About the Role

You'll join an established FP&A function supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business. It's a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their finance career who wants to learn from experienced analysts while working on real, operationally complex numbers. 

A day in the life:

• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Assisting with month-end close and consolidations 
• Building variance analysis with commentary for business leaders
• Maintaining recurring reports and KPI trackers
• Helping prepare materials for leadership and management reporting
• Partnering with stakeholders across divisions to gather inputs and respond to requests
• Running ad hoc analysis (cost trends, headcount planning)
• Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes as the business scales
• Get involved in AI initiatives across the function
