Let's start with the role We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a solid accounting foundation and a generalist financial background to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, and cross-functional financial analyses. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial information while supporting both operational and strategic decision-making. The Financial Analyst will contribute to the company’s financial health by combining accounting expertise with broader financial analysis, working closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other business areas. As a Financial Analyst, you will: Prepare and monitor the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Perform financial performance analyses (expenses, revenues, costs, margins, and profitability), identifying variances and optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards, including KPI analysis and financial trends, for presentation to senior management and other stakeholders. Support the monthly accounting close and reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Support internal and external audits by providing requested financial information and documentation. Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and control. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. What you will bring: Fluency in English; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related areas is a plus; 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, or related roles; Knowledge of automations.
