POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an entry-level position focused on supporting projects involving accounting and finance-related functions. Each project at Kiewit operates like a small business, and the Finance Analyst plays a critical role in areas such as cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance. In this role, you’ll gain expertise in executing processes and using tools related to various cost and revenue components—including labor, construction equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
The Finance Analyst will be an integral part of the month-end closeout process and assist in preparing the financial reporting package for project management. With projects located across the United States, in both large cities and small towns, flexibility is essential—our people go where the work is. The job assignment location will be determined closer to your start date.
At Kiewit, the scale of our operations is vast. Our construction and engineering projects span the United States, Canada, and Mexico, connecting and improving communities through every initiative. We rely on high-performing operations support professionals—the glue that holds our business together and the catalysts that drive progress. We hire only the most driven individuals and offer them diverse career paths, strong leadership and mentorship, meaningful collaboration, and responsibility they won’t find elsewhere.
We’re constantly pushing new limits. You can too.
