We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst - Fuel to join our team in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. The Finance Analyst - Fuel will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment within the Finance function of Ryanair. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside the Finance team and is a great first step for a future career in Ryanair or for someone looking to move into the finance function

• Authorization of Fuel invoices for the Ryanair Group within Airpas.
• Support the production of monthly fuel accounts.
• Maintaining and updating of fuel contracts and foreign exchange rates in Airpas when needed.
• Reporting of monthly updates through the BI system and the attaching of all relevant back up before authorization by reporting manager.
• Review and analysis of fuel costs for use in the fuel tender.
• Work in collaboration with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all fuel suppliers are paid in line with the agreed credit terms.
• Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers
• Preparation of a weekly Fuel Ops report.
