Key Responsibilities:

• Handel international trade settlement and finance transactions, including Letter of Guarantee / Bürgschaft,, Letter of Credit , documentary collections and related products in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures
• Process transactions together with Documentation Center in china, and ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of transactions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Risk, Compliance, and other relevant departments, to facilitate smooth business processes
• Prepare regular business statistics, management reports, and operational reports, and provide data analysis and insights as required
• Maintain accurate and complete business records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in improving business processes and operational efficiency, and support other transaction banking initiatives and projects as assigned
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to support client acquisition, business development, and the delivery of transaction banking solutions

• Desired skills & experience:Bachelor Degree or above, studies of International Trade, Finance, Banking or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional certifications CSDG, CDCS is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
