With approximately 800 employees, our plant in Bünde, in the Herford district, is considered the group's center of excellence for syringes used for the long-term storage of pharmaceuticals, such as vaccines.

Job description

As a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will actively shape data-driven decisions and develop modern analytics, forecasting, and automation solutions for our business unit. Together with specialist departments and management, you will transform data into concrete recommendations for action and establish scalable reporting and analysis standards with real business impact.

Your tasks

• Forecast modeling: You will develop predictive models (using Python) to forecast trends and uncover weaknesses in business development before they become critical.
• Process automation: You identify inefficiencies and drive the automation of workflows and data transfers to achieve operational excellence.
• Recommendations for action: You derive concrete business scenarios and decision templates for management from your analyses.
• PowerBI Standardization: You design and implement scalable dashboards and reports that serve as a "single source of truth" for the entire business unit.
• Change Management : You establish data standards and train the specialist departments in the use of the new analysis tools.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics/business administration & several years of experience in data science, business analysis, controlling or data engineering.
• Confident handling of SAP S/4HANA, Python (forecasting/automation) as well as Power BI (DAX, SAP connection) and SQL.
• Knowledge of forecast modeling, KPI dashboards, and management reports. Strong ability to translate complex data into clear action steps and scalable standards.
• A high affinity for AI & digitalization paired with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
• Assertive in dealing with stakeholders and fluent in German and English.
